This morning I woke up pretty sore.
Maybe I shouldn’t be that surprised. I walked a lot and jog yesterday and the day before yesterday. I didn’t feel that tired before I fell asleep. The problem with being tired is that is makes waking up and getting up difficult. And, I wanted to get up early today.
Instead I slept in an extra hour and a half.
I guess part of the problem with this morning was also that I didn’t have to wake up early. I’m working from the office today, so it’s just a 15 minute walk from my place. It’s not an hour long drive. On those days with the long commute, there’s a panic when I wake up. So I freak out and almost jump out of bed.
On the plus side, I think I slept 8 hours, which I hear you’re supposed to do.
